1. Recognizing Problem Gambling: Signs to Watch For

Consider the following questions:

  • Is gambling having a negative impact on your mental health?

  • Have you ever gambled to escape personal challenges or stress?

  • Do you neglect work, family, or other responsibilities due to gambling?

  • Have you hidden or lied about your gambling habits?

  • Have you lost interest in relationships, work, or hobbies because of gambling?

  • Do you borrow money or sell items to continue gambling?

  • Do you feel the need to chase losses after losing money?

  • Do you experience guilt or regret after gambling?

  • Do your gambling activities cause extreme mood swings?

  • Do you continue gambling until you have no funds left?

If you answered yes to any of these, it may indicate signs of problem gambling.

2. Seeking Help & Support

Recognizing a gambling problem is the first step toward regaining control. If you need assistance, professional resources are available:

3. Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Due to legal and compliance regulations, complete account deletion is not possible, as certain data must be retained for regulatory purposes.

However, if you wish to stop gambling, we offer Self-Exclusion, which restricts your access to BETMODE indefinitely. This ensures that you can no longer place bets or use our services.

4. Self-Exclusion Options

If you need to take a break, you can self-exclude through your account settings.

  • 24-Hour Self-Exclusion – Enable this option directly in Profile > Settings > Responsible Gaming.

  • Extended Self-Exclusion – Request a break of 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting customer support.

  • Permanent Exclusion – If approved, your account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

For assistance, reach out to BETMODE Support at [email protected].
